The Baxi Neodens iPlus 24/24 F, reference 7886908, is a wall-mounted condensing combi boiler designed to provide heating and instant Domestic Hot Water (DHW) in homes. It offers a nominal output of 20 kW for heating at 80/60 °C and up to 24 kW for DHW production, with a flow rate of 13.8 liters/min for a 25 °C temperature rise.
Its GAS INVERTER technology with a 1:10 modulation ratio allows the burner output to adapt to the actual demand of the installation, reducing on/off cycles when heating demand is low. It includes a stainless steel single-coil primary heat exchanger, a high-efficiency circulator, a micro-accumulation system to improve hot water response, and an LCD digital panel to control the boiler’s main functions.
The Neodens iPlus 24/24 F combines heating and instant domestic hot water production in a single unit. This means it does not require a separate storage tank to provide DHW in a conventional domestic installation.
Its nominal heating output is 20 kW when operating at 80/60 °C and reaches 21.8 kW under low-temperature conditions of 50/30 °C. For domestic hot water, it has a maximum output of 24 kW.
The boiler provides DHW production of up to 13.8 liters/min with a 25 °C temperature rise. For a 35 °C temperature rise, technical distributors working with the manufacturer’s documentation specify approximately 9.8 liters/min.
Production is instantaneous via a plate heat exchanger and is complemented by a micro-accumulation system and preheating function, designed to reduce waiting time when a tap is opened and improve comfort during everyday use.
One of the main features of the Neodens iPlus range is its GAS INVERTER technology with a wide 1:10 modulation ratio. The boiler can reduce its output when the home needs little energy and increase it progressively as demand rises.
In heating mode, the reduced output at 80/60 °C can drop to approximately 2.4 kW. This modulation capability helps limit frequent starts and stops, promoting more stable operation and reducing component wear.
Baxi equips the Neodens iPlus with a single-coil primary heat exchanger made of stainless steel. Its design is intended to provide robustness and reduce the risk of internal blockages that could affect heating circuit performance.
The use of condensing technology allows part of the heat contained in the combustion gases to be recovered before they are expelled, improving energy efficiency compared with conventional non-condensing boilers.
The Neodens iPlus 24/24 F has an A energy rating for heating. The Baxi 2026 catalog also specifies class A for DHW production with an XL load profile.
When the boiler is combined with compatible modulating control systems, such as certain BAXI Connect thermostats and the control elements provided by the manufacturer, the system can improve its heating energy rating.
Baxi declares an efficiency at nominal output of 105.8% when operating under 50/30 °C conditions. These temperatures favor condensation of the water vapor contained in the combustion gases and allow better use of the fuel’s energy.
To achieve maximum efficiency from a condensing boiler, it is especially advisable to operate with reduced flow temperatures whenever the heating system design allows it.
Reference 7886908 is supplied ready to operate with natural gas. Baxi indicates that it can be adapted to work with propane by modifying certain configuration parameters, without needing to replace the main combustion assembly.
This operation must be carried out exclusively by authorized personnel and in compliance with the installation and commissioning conditions established by the manufacturer.
The Neodens iPlus range is compatible with biomethane and is ready to operate with natural gas blends containing up to 20% hydrogen, according to the specifications published by Baxi.
This feature provides greater flexibility in view of the future evolution of gas supply networks and the progressive incorporation of renewable fuels.
The boiler includes a digital control panel with a backlit LCD display. From the front panel, you can check the unit status and access the main heating and domestic hot water functions.
The interface is designed to simplify both daily use and basic configuration and diagnostic operations during commissioning.
The Neodens iPlus can be combined with BAXI Connect WiFi modulating thermostats to manage heating remotely via the My BAXI app.
Compatibility with modulating control also makes it possible to adapt the flow temperature and boiler output to the home’s actual needs, increasing control over comfort and energy consumption.
Important: WiFi connectivity is not integrated directly into the boiler. Remote control requires compatible BAXI Connect thermostats or accessories.
The Neodens iPlus incorporates a high-efficiency electronic circulator. In heating mode, the pump can modulate approximately between 85% and 100% of its capacity, adapting to the hydraulic conditions of the installation.
For installations with higher pressure losses, Baxi offers specific solutions and circulators that must be sized during the system design phase.
The boiler incorporates an 8-liter heating expansion vessel. This component absorbs the volume changes experienced by the water in the circuit as its temperature changes.
The suitability of this capacity should be checked according to the total water volume and the hydraulic characteristics of each installation.
The Baxi Neodens iPlus 24/24 F measures just 700 mm high, 395 mm wide and 285 mm deep, with an approximate net weight of 27.5 kg.
Its reduced depth makes wall installation easier in kitchens, utility rooms, technical cabinets and other spaces where available room is limited.
Reference 7886908 is sold together with the horizontal concentric 60/100 mm kit indicated by Baxi. The manufacturer’s documentation sets different maximum lengths depending on the flue system used.
Equivalent lengths must be calculated taking into account bends, accessories and specific installation conditions according to Baxi’s tables.
The Baxi Neodens iPlus 24/24 F combines 20 kW of heating output with 24 kW for DHW and a production rate of up to 13.8 liters/min. Its wide modulation range allows it to operate at reduced output when the home requires little heat, while micro-accumulation improves hot water response time.
Its stainless steel heat exchanger, high-efficiency circulator, 285 mm depth format and compatibility with BAXI Connect control make it an especially suitable solution for replacing existing boilers and for new domestic installations.
Important: installation, gas conversion, flue gas evacuation and commissioning must be carried out by authorized professionals following Baxi instructions and applicable regulations. WiFi connectivity requires a compatible BAXI Connect thermostat or accessory.
